I don't understand why they're having two rooms with same girls though, and the cute girl looks kinda ugly in some scenes in which her bangs too short.

Yup! They're all from Singapore. Except for Wynnie (the one with short hair), she's from Malaysia.

I think if nobody knows that they're from s'pore, they might think these girls are japanese 8D probably... /shrug. since their Japanese is good :)
plus if people think they're Japanese, it's kind of rare to see Japanese speak smooth English lol
