You can buy DVDs of Stars on eBay and such. They're bootlegs, but it's not like American licenses are going to show up anytime soon for it.

Sailor Moon!!!! I want to get final season (stars) on dvd now!
And Cowboy Bebop and CCS are awesome, but no Escaflowne that anime was great especially Kanno Yoko's music.

The first series, which everyone knows as Season 0, was 1998.

But, lol, flaw in this poll is that the YGO series everyone knows and loves began in 2000. NOT a 90's anime.

Unless some people got confused and read "anime" as "manga," in which case that would be... well... special, but the original manga of that started in 1997.
