In the recent Asia’s Most Beautiful Faces Poll conducted by GMA Asianovelas, Matsumoto Jun managed to pulled the most votes for the male category, being the only Japanese in the Top 10. Over 30,000+ people voted in this poll.

lol at the rest of the results, too. out of all of them heechul is the one with the beautiful face. eeteuk shouldn't be on there at all either because he's more plastic than a credit card.

I don't know why Heechul isn't number one, Korea's Chief Cat Lady is freakin' beautiful, but yeah...beauty is in the eye of the beholder and Jun well always be awkward as fuck in my eyes. ^_^

The poll was conducted in the Philippines, and as far as Asian acts go, Super Junior is most probably the most well-known there. Most people have never even heard of MatsuJun.

A majority of Filipinos wouldn't even know who Gackt is (thankfully, I'm in the minority) - this poll is, well, conducted in the Philippines so sadly, bb is not in the list. Besides, the local station had mostly included stars whose dramas they've aired.

Even if this poll is SuJu biased (though I cant really tell since I cant even begin to memorize the names, let alone faces, of those members; they're like a simpler, male version of AKB to me, but that amount of people is still annoying sometimes.) or that it's korean biased or that the fans are mainly korean fans or whatever, the fact that the rest of the people are not on the same territory as MatsuJun, and yet he still gets number 1...

OMG I'M POSTING A COMMENT ON ARAMA!

GMA7 (which is a TV network in the Philippines, btw) aired Hana Yori Dango w/c became quite popular locally. Having said that, most voters of this poll are probably GMA7 fans and given the limited set of stars to include in the list of options that GMA7 can only include, I guess Jun Matsumoto fans slash GMA7 fans were able to campaign for him.

And yes, we have a huge population of ELFs here.

Also, for those who are asking why the obvious winners Jang Geun Suk or Lee Min Ho or whoever popular K-drama stars you can think of are not even on the Top 10, their dramas were not aired on GMA7. Non-GMA7 viewers/fans prolly are clueless about this poll.
