Japan's best boyband announce new single 'FLY HIGH'



w-inds. has just revealed that they will be releasing their 31st single “FLY HIGH” on February 22nd!

As the trio begins their 11th year together, they plan to reach higher goals with their “dance beat number”, which reportedly boasts a impressive choreography.

“FLY HIGH” will be available in four different versions: Limited Edition A (CD+DVD), Limited Edition B (CD+DVD), Limited Edition C (CD+DVD), and a regular CD-only version. Each CD+DVD version contains different content on its DVD, such as music videos, a behind-the-scenes look at the photo shoots and music videos, and a making-of video of the group’s visit to the Yokohama Arena.

w-inds. will also hold a concert on the day of the single’s release to celebrate the occasion. Those who participated in the group’s concert at the Yokohama Arena on December 25th were given the opportunity to reserve a copy ahead of everyone else as a special gift.

Yeah, despite knowing for a fact that I probably won't like the perfume one bit. loll It's marketed for women and personally I'm more for a masculine scent. LOLLL I've pretty much been drained in the recent years with how I'm a collector kind of person.

Doesn't help that I'm a JE fan that can't refuse photobooks. I just LOVE Kimura Takuya. Seriously, he has way too many photobooks. LOLL

They definitely do. They were the biggest surprise for me in FNS Kayousai earlier this month. Someone managed to do a good live singing with slick dance moves and having fantastic chemistry with SPEED. I like.

Here's hoping I will like the rest of their release too.

Thanks for recommendation. I got a feeling with this group, I probably will enjoy their live performance more. I mean, with Super Lover, the song is really cheesy. But they somehow made it work. I'm definitely interested to see more of the,.

imo they're the best thing that Japan has to offer in term of male bands
I'm really proud of them for what they've done in the last 11 years,how much they improved,how they always tried out new things,just how hard they work to be better,to change,to entertain more

it's the last video I'm gonna post,and it's probably my favourite live performance by them

 Keita's voice wasn't even that great in that Super Lover performance and they still impressed you but I guess comparing with JE/some Kpop groups even  KT's worst voice still sound a better than most of them
so are you a new fan?
I'm not sure if you've seen this but it reflects how their music sounds like in the last few years

Nah, but ur opinion is ur opinion. Kisumai is doing pretty good, but it's kinda like how people look at those born with a silver spoon in their mouths. They're from JE, so of course they're gonna 'slay,' regardless of if they're good or not.

Title is so damn appropriate. w-inds. can slay any stage they get on with so much ease. Cannot wait for this to come out... may be the only one, but I've loved all their 2011 releases (except for the B-Sides on 'You & I'... ehhhh, I cannot even, w-inds...)
