That's like copying the answers to a test from the slow kid in class tbh

You almost made water come out of my nose!

Maybe they bought the rights to do the chinese version? It sounds exactly alike, like the exact same backing track, just with chinese lyrics.
Either that or China has taken plagiarism to a whole new level, not having even the decency/shame to change it one bit.
thewarpedmelody 8th-Feb-2012 04:51 pm (UTC)
Idk, I don't think Aki-p will really sell the rights of AKB songs to a group not within the 48 family. If this is PRC48 which Aki-p created then its possible
taylorniw 8th-Feb-2012 04:49 pm (UTC)
I know what to say. Why those songs?
captxfizz 8th-Feb-2012 05:06 pm (UTC)
OMG cannot believe they copied Ue kara Mariko since the point of the song is so ridiculously ruined now. lol-ing @ the blue girl
georgiaannaa 8th-Feb-2012 05:06 pm (UTC)
...well, I prefer the original versions.
aisasami 8th-Feb-2012 05:09 pm (UTC)
China steals a lot of things. I am in love with Let's Watch a Meteor Shower, a "rip-off" of HYD (they didn't get permission). It's so good. (like the rest of the HYD empire) ;_;
flightbyzephyr 8th-Feb-2012 05:12 pm (UTC)
I'm Meh on this, china does what they want when it comes to copyright. Not sure what the drama is.
thewarpedmelody 8th-Feb-2012 05:17 pm (UTC)
Well if Europe and USA enforces another bill similar to SOPA or ACTA, China's piracy sites are probably the only sites in the World that they can't touch.
yamiprincess 8th-Feb-2012 05:18 pm (UTC)
LOL!!!1!!
supermusicmaker 8th-Feb-2012 05:33 pm (UTC)
cpop copies jpop what else is new?
kazu_kumaguro 8th-Feb-2012 05:45 pm (UTC)
the dance is seriously awkward.
and seriously? the don't even change the arrangement at all.
isinuyasha 8th-Feb-2012 05:45 pm (UTC)
they can sing better though imo^^
rivalovery 9th-Feb-2012 03:13 am (UTC)
LOL. My thoughts exactly.
dark_lords_maid 8th-Feb-2012 05:47 pm (UTC)
I'm speechless...
calcetinita 8th-Feb-2012 06:12 pm (UTC)
That makes 3 versions of Ue kara Mariko: the original, the Chinese and the SDN version.
brucelynn 8th-Feb-2012 06:28 pm (UTC)
Is it plagiarism or is it some sort of parody?
mikansama 8th-Feb-2012 06:38 pm (UTC)
That was my first thought tbh. Chinese shows do ridiculous "dance covers" of kpop songs without permission on a daily basis.
chizzyrei 8th-Feb-2012 06:37 pm (UTC)
are they not just performing the songs?
coz seriously in my country artists perform American songs from American artists all the time in music variety showd. so I don't see what's the problem.
brucelynn 8th-Feb-2012 06:41 pm (UTC)
Exactly

the term gets thrown around way too much
yuma_daisuki 8th-Feb-2012 08:50 pm (UTC)
I can't really read the writing because it's too blurry...

But the word 'plagiarize' means admitting someone else's work as their own... Did they actually claim it to be their song?

There was this whole incident with this Chinese male group using Hey!Say!7's [Ganbaretsugo], but you can hardly call it plagiarism if they didn't actually say "Oh we wrote this song and it is ours" =/
thewarpedmelody 9th-Feb-2012 01:00 am (UTC)
Idk, I'm just judging from the video uploader. Well, for Ue kara Mariko, they didn't put any credits while performing... So...
tensaibaka 9th-Feb-2012 03:28 am (UTC)
chinese ver of aitakatta is cock!

pucchi_q 9th-Feb-2012 09:49 pm (UTC)
So sad. It got taken down before I could see it. :(

Second one still works though. Wow.
