LOL! His lyrics in English had always sucked, but this song just takes the first price. I guess he's trying to emulate the kind of American music he listens to, which is probably about clubbing and getting smashed... it might not be fair to judge him for just a song, but he certainly comes off as the type who only cares about sex and drugs. Or at least that's how he seems like for writing shit like this, which is unfortunate because he might actually be a hard-working and nice guy. Sadly, I'm not even outraged about the misogyny. I'm used to it, tbh. It's everywhere in Japanese pop culture.

IMHO he delivers better messages with his Japanese songs. His English songs are patterned after the Western culture, so when I look at it from that perspective, the lyrics aren't uncommon at all. BUT that doesn't make it less worse. I'm curious as to how well Japonicana will fare in Japan when it's released.

Ngh. I'm trying hard not to be a downer about this, but I'm feeling like he's going down swinging. Also, I think I've lost the capacity to be disappointed.
