Yuka to leave 'King's Brunch' after 9 years



TV personality Yuka, 31, who has co-hosted TBS’ popular Saturday morning variety program “King’s Brunch” since 2003, will leave at the end of the month.

Yuka said in a statement released by her agency that she will be starring in a new TBS drama to air Thursday nights at 9 p.m.

Yuka’s last appearance as co-host of “King’s Brunch” will be Saturday March 31 from 9:30 a.m.

besides acting~ is nice to see yuuka on tv this is sad though~

Why is she leaving if she's only going to be in the drama?

Does she plan on pursuing an acting career?

Apparently on TokyoHive, it said that Yuka wanted to leave to focus on her acting career.

Anyways... I'll miss her A LOT. I usually don't watch Osama no Brunch, but I love to watch her and Tanihara Shosuke there.

And so it became even easier for her to actually be the no-longer-single-mom and for Ryo to be at TBS without bumping into her.

Aaaaww..... that's too bad.
She's a pretty good host. Fun too.

But this will make Papa wa Idol's logistics easier I guess.
I was wondering how they're gonna handle the Yuka is a Ousama no Brunch host situation.....XD
