The Title of Aiba's Drama Soundtrack a.k.a Arashi's Newest Song is "Your Eyes"



It has been revealed that the theme song for Aiba Masaki’s new drama ‘Mikeneko Holmes no Suiri’(NTV) will be Arashi’s new song “Your Eyes“.

After Ohno Satoshi’s Fuji TV drama “Kagi no Kakatta Heya” announced that their theme song would be Arashi’s new single “Face Down“, fans were left wondering what would be the theme song for Aiba Masaki’s new drama and were pleased to know it would Arashi’s new song. The release date or any other information of “Your Eyes” has not been decided yet.

This drama is adapted from the popular mystery novel series ‘Mikeneko Holmes’ by Akagawa Jiro.
The story features a detective, Katayama Yoshitaro(Aiba) with a lot of weak points, solve mysteries with Mikeneko (a cat with fur of different colors).

As co-stars, Ohkura Tadayoshi from Kanjani8, Fujiki Naohito, Omasa Aya, Matsuko Deluxe and Omi Toshinori will appear in the drama.

The first episode will air on April 14th at 9:00 pm (JST).

It might just be me but... I think Aiba-chan can try doing morning news like Zip! Morning news usually are less uptight than the evening/night ones. Some moments in the video gave me the feeling.

Only watching because Aiba+cat sounds pretty hilarious, and the face that cat has make me giggle alone lol. Omasa Aya was the main reason I stopped watching Kame's drama...but maybe it was that stupid character and not Aya herself, so I'll give her a chance.

I can't wait for this drama. Aiba looks cute in the previews. :D And animals are sort of his specialty. Maybe it's a good thing Jun is not doing this, or he won't be able to work with the cat XD

Speaking of the song, does this mean they are gonna release a double-A side single? It's been a long time since they did that, and yet there is no word on how this song is gonna be released, or when.

the coupling track of "face down" single are Hitori Ja Naisa and Mezashita Mirai e.
"Your Eyes" probably will be in another single or included in album

still don't know how to feel about the song,with all that chattering i can't really get the flow of it lol but i have the feeling it doesn't really match with the drama...maybe since they made a funny song for Matsujun,a cool one for Leader,now they must go with ballad?

Come to think of it: if they'll gonna do a double-A, "Face Down/Your Eyes" sounds a bit creepy. I guess they'll have this as a B-Side.
