The NINKI ratings are the results of a POLL conducted by Oricon indicating degree of interest/degree of purchase intention in an upcoming release. Although the ratings are never a true reflection of sales, it does give a strong prediction about where the single/album will place in terms of popularity amongst the Japanese public. However, they are NOT an indication of how it will perform in terms of chart positioning and total sales for the week.

Note 2:

According to Oricon's note under the NINKI page, Oricon researches about 870,000 of its members by random sampling of 400 members in their 10s until 40s. 50 men and 50 women are chosen randomly to participate in each age group. (However, some popular artists have had NINKI exceeding 500, so we can only assume that Oricon has extended the polling to around 600/700 people now.)

LOLwat they are not autotuned/vocoded much, they still sing properly with the ballads and other dance/electronica stuff. Don't care if they don't reach number one at least they are selling well, that's all.

If you're interested, you should check their original Japanese songs Snow White, Way and Sungmin's Ashita no Tameni. See how flawless their Japanese are compared to the other Japanese remake songs (except for Mr. Simple which sounds real good in any language).

I think this single won't sell as much as the previous because it hasn't been long since the original SFS was released, and the video is pretty much the same as the Korean version. On the other hand, Opera had a video specially made for the Japanese version and had 9 editions.

mte but I do hope even if they don't snatch the top spot on the weekly (they had hit one on the daily for two of their singles) they would sell over 100,000 copies. Besides, I am uncertain if I would be excited for the b-side since it's also a remake.
