That is weird because Psy wasn't even a hit in Japan. This is supposed to be about stuff that actually happened in Japan, right?

Probably... The "Scandal" probably looks a bit ridiculous to some of us, but it did make some noise. Lots of episodes for this drama, from the "That's what she said"-gate to the complete disappearance.
I don't see in what other categories he could be nominated. Most over exposed person maybe, considering how every stupid little rumor almost got to be front news since the "scandal". But I believe Arama actually likes it like that. Well, not all the members of course but well.
