When I go to Japan I'm going to go broke on magazines (-___________________-)
HAY people who are knowledgeable in magazines, what's subscribing like in Japan? Because in America I can get a subscription for a magazine that's $5 an issue for $13 for the whole year. :D I won't get that lucky in Japan, will I?
I'm not sure the cost their, I'm assuming its a bit more expensive but I'm sure you can still order there. There are online sites where you can order them now and be shipped to where you think I believe. Also If you go in a Asian super market close to where you live I think they sell them there individually though.
I'm not sure about subscriptions but when I went to Japan two years ago, each magazine cost me about $10 - $15 each (depends on which magazine). I mostly bought j-rock magazines such as Arena 37 and Shoxx and those cost me $15. They're magazine are all color pages and some comtain CD's and poster which probably explains the price, but it is still very costly compared to US magazines =/
Holy balls, yeah those are like the 1200yen magazines. XD I'm sticking to the girlie fashion magazines and KERA, so basically the 500yenish ones. But did you find anything about subscribing so you could get them sent to your place?
In the magazines, they have subscription cards that you can fill out so you can subscribe to the magazine. Or you can go to their websites and put in a subscription order.
Not a big Ayu fan (I just can't dig her QQ) but she looks really good here (except for the duck mouth in some of the earlier photos...). Also, thanks to the OP; I was always wondering just who it was in that crazy gif that I always see floating around, and now I know.
That said, I was more interested in the magazine cover's line about Lady GaGa meeting M.A.C. Do they mean the make-up brand? If not, I'm confused, but still grossly intrigued. .o.
