Update on HSJ and making headlines everywhere

Hey!Say! underage member smoking, entertainment activities stopped indefinitely

Official statement:
Today, there are some news articles, which we validated with Morimoto Ryutaro himself. He admits that he has smoked out of curiosity on several occassions before. Although he is very sorry for his behaviour and in self-scrutiny, however underage smoking as a violation of the law is common knowledge and an unacceptable behaviour. Our company has always placed emphasis on educating them in this regard. To face the facts, from now on, Morimoto will cease all of his activities in the entertainment field indefinitely.
We sincerely apologize for the trouble caused to all fans and related persons.

Many people wish him to be back with HSJ soon, but it won't be fair for someone like Uchi who had done something like this before and still stuck as Junior, and it has been 6 years already :(

I think Uchi is actually very lucky. Despite being caught in the big scandal, he actually work his ass off against the dark clouds and kinda succeeded. He attended Johnny's gathering, performing at JC, doing his solo cons and not to mention doing SHOCK with Koichi two seasons in a row. :3 That pretty much awesome for someone who was caught in a scandal before. :D

Then it's Ryutaro's choice whether to choose Uchi's way or Kusano....

I'm not really familiar with Japanese law or Johnnys rule, but isn't smoking considered not as bad as drinking? I really wish Ryu will be back to HSJ. :(

What's the difference? :|
I'm not familiar either, but I think those two are the same. In my country, if school caught a high school kid is smoking (even if there's no picture proof, only based on witnesses & the cigarettes on his bag, though no one really knows if he/she really smoke that or not) they will immediately drop him/her out of school.
People can smoke legally, when they already graduated from high school.

Idk about Japan...

The problem here is that kid is still underage .
Back to HSJ? Sadly, the chance is almost 0%.
