I might be completely wrong but I think this is the group that kicks members out when they fail to raise enough money towards the group.

Members are forced to leave if they don't meet a quota for their merchandise, but from what I've also seen they're having a lot of random departures as well.

A poor man's AKB48.

They have nothing to do with the REAL AKB. They're from Akabane but their name is totally just a red herring to grab attention. These girls have 'budget' written all over them.
