“Kaseifu no Mita” slays them all?

A drama that seems to become more intriguing with every episode is “Kaseifu no Mita” (NTV). Last week it broke through the magical mark of 20% (22.5%), but that doesn’t mean that the rise is over. This week it improved by 0.9%, reaching a rating of 23.4%. If we were to use a simplified calculation like some Japanese news sites, this would mean that 28 million people saw this episode.

Will “Kaseifu no Mita” challenge the best single episode rating of the year? Maybe it will. The highest rating during this week’s episode was recorded during the preview for the next episode (26.7%). If it was to reach that ratings next week, it would be able to beat “JIN 2” (26.1% & 23.7%), “Marumo no Okite” (23.9%), and “Aibou season9” (23.7%) with a single blow.
