B'z to Release an English Album




It has been announced that rock duo B'z will be releasing a self-titled English album this July 25th. The said album will have their songs newly written with English lyrics, such as "Love Bomb" that will be used for Pepsi's NEX new CM "Summer Line". The said CM will premier on July 14th.

Furthermore, their English debut album will be available in iTunes in 63 different countries/regions starting on July 25th.

Here are the tracklists for "B'z".(all songs will be in English):

2.Splash
3.Juice
4.Ultra Soul
5.Into Free -Dangan- (originally "Samayoeru Aoi Dangan")

Lastly, the rock duo will be having their US and Canada Tour starting this September, here are their tour schedules for "B'z LIVE-GYM 2012 -Into Free-"

Sept 20th - Orpheum Theatre〔Vancouver, BC〕

As someone who got to see them last year when they came to the U.S. I am a little disappointed that the track list is so short. They have more songs than that they have translated into English, as they performed them at those concerts. I would have loved to have the English version of Brotherhood for instance.

They actually performed such songs as Splash!, Brotherhood, Samayoeru Aoi Dangan and juice in English during they US tour last year. They also performed Ultra Soul in English on their concert with Linkin Park. And English version of Splash! was played during whole Japanese tour ^^

About the Brotherhood I also thought it would be there... I am not against short tracklist, because it encourages people who don't know them to give them a try without any harsh, it's better than 20 tracks and people thinking "what if I'm wasting my time/money"

Best news I've heard in a while! I'm just hoping "Ultra Soul" manages to stay as awesome in English as it is in Japanese.
