Everyone, thank you so much~!
Last year, we went from being 6 members to 4. We couldn't even decide on whether we should go on tour or release a single. We made everyone worry, probably even irritated and wondering if we'd make any release or not.

The reason we made everyone wait was because we wanted to have a concert and release a single good enough to make everyone happy, so that everyone would think, "that's a great song, NEWS would be okay".

"Chankapaana" ranked first...and that shows all of your emotions towards us. Though if we don't see your faces for real like this, we wouldn't be able to tell if you've all actually been waiting in hope for NEWS...

But now that "NEWS is having a concert" has been decided, everyone came to see us. I am greatly thankful to all the fans and the staff for creating this kind of environment.

There are so many emotions, so many that they can't be expressed with just these words.
We will never see Yamashita-kun or Nishikido-kun, who have fought alongside us as NEWS, as our enemies.
Nishikido-kun with Kanjani 8, Yamashita-kun going solo...
But we don't intend on losing to them as NEWS, either.
Because it'd be rude to those who have been supporting us as NEWS if we lose.

As four, will continue towards happiness with everyone! Please continue supporting us! Thank you very much!

Now that I'm able to say this, I think today should be the day I must say them....

To be honest, I thought we were done for...
I thought, I've already performed the last concert in my life...That's how in pain I was...
But everyone gave us so much support, "Chankapaana" ranked number one, and we managed to release a best hits album.

The members and the fans became one. The concert that I thought was to be my last, but instead here we are today.

When we appeared during the start, I was amazed.
It was a great scene...seeing all these people. I thought how wonderful it is to have all of them so close to me.

I think we've betrayed so many people. But, no more of that!! We won't betray you anymore! I said this during the start, we've really created a "beautiful love"!! From now on we will work hard as 4, so please continue cheering us on!!

My thanks, no matter how much I say them, it'd never be enough...
I don't think it'd be enough just with with the words "thank you"...

Having this concert, with the NEWS songs up until now, singing the parts for Yamashita-kun and Nishikido-kun, was a great pressure for me...

But, when we sang, everyone listened in with smiles, so I'm now at ease!

The songs that we will create from now on, new songs by the 4 of us, we will work hard so that everyone will love them, so please continue supporting us!

We've now become 4...Feelings of being sorry, anxieties about what will become of us... Thoughts of how we might never see all of you again... That was all on my mind.

We were truly faced with a harsh reality, I always worried about whether it'd really be okay for us to continue with NEWS as 4.

But I love NEWS so much, and I didn't want to give up...I talked it over with so many people. There were people who told me to just give it up, and there were some who told me to go on with 4 member NEWS.
More than anything, the voices saying "go on with NEWS!" have reached us.

That was the main power that made us able to keep NEWS going again.
Massu, the one who always put NEWS at number one and is always thinking to keep NEWS in view of everyone.
Tegoshi, who pulls forward the members and staff with his positive words.
And Shige, the one whom I talked to about my deepest emotions from the bottom of my heart.

But, the answers the 4 of us came up with, is today's answer. The answers that all of you gave.
Thank you so much!!

These tears are not of pain, but of happiness.
Meeting everyone like this, this is what I could confirm: if you believe, it's possible. Because I believed it would come true; that NEWS would continue even as 4 members!!

Just now Tegoshi mentioned it too; we don't think of Yamapi and Ryo-chan as our enemies. They're also members who have created history with us up until now.

That's why, we'd like to continue going forward in a positive manner.
