On February 9th (local time), Kyary Pamyu Pamyu started her world tour “100%KPP WORLD TOUR 2013” at Vk* concerts in Brussels, Belgium.
The audience of 850 gave big “Kyary Pamyu Pamyu” calls before the live started. Kyary having received an enthusiastic welcome, performed songs like “Pamyu Pamyu Revolution“, “Frisodeshon“, and “Ninjari Banban” taking the audience with her on a fun musical journey.
During the MC, Kyary greeted, “Bonjour!! Are you guys charged up?“, and said, “My world tour started today! I am really happy that I can start it from here in Belgium. Since I love chocolates, I’m going to buy them, and take them home! I will be singing many songs today, so please enjoy it until the end!”
She also asked the audience, “I’ve never been to Belgium, but how come you guys know about me?“, and the audience replied with, “PONPONPON!! YouTube!.” Kyary then said, “Though I express an unreal world in my music videos, my actual live concerts are created by singing and dancing with the audience in the colorful costumes and set!” When she said that, the audience started singing “PONPONPON” in Japanese, and the venue was basked in a sense of unity.
The audience’s “Kyary calls” did not stop even after she left the stage which made the first day of Kyary Pamyu Pamyu’s world tour a great start.
Including her stages in Japan, Kyary will make stops in 10 countries with 20 stages.
