Goo Ranking recently posted the result of the Top 10 Voice Actors Who Can Sing voted on by NTT customers in Japan. Since the votes are widely gathered and not only from otaku, the top choice was someone who is also known as a great impersonator besides being a veteran voice actor.
1. Kouichi Yamadera (2253 votes)
He is the voice actor of Cowboy Bebop's Spike Spiegel and Neon Genesis Evangelion's Ryoji Kaji. Yamadera received most of the votes because not only he has a history of spectacular roles, but is also known well outside of voice acting world because of his amazing inpersonation where he can show off singing skills in Japanese TV.
2. Mamoru Miyano (326 votes)
He is the voice actor of Uta no Prince Sama's Tokiya Ichinose, Ouran High School Host Club's Tamaki Suou and Star Driver's Takuto Tsunashi. Miyano just made his first appearance in a Japanese TV music program as a singer.
3. Kishou Taniyama (217 votes)
A member of the group GRANRODEO, his group performed the opening and ending themes of Kuroko's Basketball, CØDE:BREAKER, and Karneval. He is the voice actor of Uta No Prince Sama's Natsuki Shinomiya and AMNESIA's Ikki. Soon after the poll result became public, Taniyama expressed that he himself believes that he is #1.
4. Daisuke Ono (167 votes)
He is the voice of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure's Jotaro Kujo, Kuroko's Basketball's Shintaro Midorima, Durarara!!'s Shizuo Heiwajima and Kamen Rider Den-O's Teddy.
5. Toshihiko Seki (123 votes)
He is the voice of Kamen Rider Den-O's Momotaros, Mobile Suit Gundam Wing's Duo Maxwell and Saiyuki's Genjo Sanzo.
6. Showtaro Morikubo (105 votes)
He is the voice of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children's Kadaj, GetBackers' Shinji Amano and Naruto's Shikamaru Nara.
7. Kenichi Suzumura (90 votes)
He is the voice of Kamen Rider Den-O's Ryutaros, D.Gray-Man's Lavi; the voice of Zack Fair in Final Fantasy VII and Ouran High School Host Club's Hikaru Hitachiin.
8. Takahiro Sakurai (86 votes)
He is the voice of Gate Keepers' Shun Ukiya, Cyborg 009 (2001)'s 009/Joe Shimamura, D.Gray-Man's Yu Kanda and Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion's Suzaku Kururugi.

He is the voice of HellTeacher Nube's Meisuke Nueno/Nübē, Fruits Basket's Shigure Souma and Toriko's Toriko.

He is the voice of Uta no Prince-sama 2's Ranmaru Kurosaki and Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters' Usada Lettuce. Also the lead singer of OLDCODEX.
